Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on Sundays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Partner RAK Store ships all orders via Shiprocket, which partners with leading carriers including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Ekart, and XpressBees. The carrier assigned to your order may vary based on your location and availability.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days

All delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or public holidays.

Shipping Fees Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified threshold — check our current promotions for details.

Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your shipment directly on the Shiprocket tracking portal.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
