Return & Refund Policy

Return Window We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at rakteam@rakstore.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Products without original packaging or missing tags
• Items marked as "Final Sale"

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. RAK Store is not responsible for items lost in transit during return.

Restocking Fee No restocking fee is charged on eligible returns.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via Cashfree. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival. To request an exchange, email us at rakteam@rakstore.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted. Please email rakteam@rakstore.in immediately if you wish to cancel.
